RETURNS POLICY


If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we offer store credit that does have a 12 month expiry and can be used on any item in the store. We do not accept returns on swimwear or beauty products due to hygiene concerns so please choose wisely. 

Australian Returns

To return or exchange an item email hello@missingpieceboutique.com with your order number, name, item you want to return and the reason. You are to post the item back to us within 7 days of the return approval. The customer is responsible for the postage of the item.

We will assess the returned item to determine whether it's fit for return then notify you of your store credit or exchange.

If the returned item/s has been worn, damaged, altered from their original state (e.g. tags removed) it will not be accepted and will then be returned back to the customer at their cost.

Conditions Of Returns

-Beauty products, swimwear, earrings or underwear cannot be returned.

-Refunds will only be offered if the item is faulty and cannot be replaced.

-Purchases using discount codes or sale codes do not qualify for free returns.

-Items purchased from the sale section are non-returnable. 

-The first return is free for full-priced items, however subsequent returns must be covered by the customer.

-Returns must be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase.

-Any items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.

 

International Returns

If you would like to return an item please email hello@missingpieceboutique.com with your order number, name, item you want to return and the reason. After receiving the return approval you can them post the item back.

We will assess the returned item to determine whether it's fit for return then notify you of your store credit or exchange. If the returned item/s has been worn, damaged, altered from their original state (e.g. tags removed) it will not be accepted and will then be returned back to the customer.

Conditions of returns:

-International orders do not qualify for free returns.

-Refunds will only be offered if the item if faulty and cannot be replaced. Postage on faulty orders will be applied to the credit. 

-Returns must be returned to the store within 21 days of purchase. Any returns after 21 days of purchase will not be accepted.
