How do I contact customer care?

Clothing

Are your clothes true to size?

Majority of our clothes are true to size but every now and again depending on the supplier that can vary. We always try to specify if something runs a little small or large but if you are unsure check the photo description and look at our size chat. If you are really unsure, feel free to email us and we will be glad to help you choose the right size.

Do you sell your own brand?

We choose to only sell the best styles and highest quality products from different suppliers/brand. We don't make clothes (yet) but you will be sure to find the Missing Piece to your wardrobe from the products we sell. 

Do you sell your stock wholesale?

No, sorry, we don't sell wholesale.

I'm a brand looking for someone to stock me, will you look at our range?

Most definitely! We are always looking for new brands to stock just email us at hello@missingpieceboutique.com with your information and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Will my item look exactly as it looks like in the picture?

As different computers have different screen resolutions it does make it possible that the colours will be slightly different in real life from what you see on the screen. With that said we do try very hard to represent the garments perfectly when taking photos for the site. We emphasise any special features and always try to actively show how the fabric sits and moves.

What if my item is sold out?

Unfortunately our stock is limited so if an item is marked "sold out" then it is unlikely that it will be made available again. However in some instances we are able to re-order items so if you are particularly interested in an item, please email us to register your interest and we will do our best to try and hunt down that item for you.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa (Credit and Debit), Mastercard (Credit and Debit), American Express, PayPal and Bank Deposit (please be aware bank deposits may take 3 to 5 business days). If you would like to pay via the phone please email us at hello@missingpieceboutique.com and we can organise that for you.

Is it safe to pay with my credit card on Missing Piece?

Absolutely. We have every measure in place to make sure your personal details are secure. You can read our Privacy Policy if you have any concerns.

Can I checkout using PayPal if I don't already have an account?

Definitely! Upon checkout you will be redirected to PayPal if you choose that method and there will be two options (1) have a PayPal account (2) don't have a PayPal account. You can select "don't have a PayPal account" and then enter your credit/debit card details. As soon as we receive confirmation of payment we will ship your order out!

Can I pay in my own currency?

Yes you can! Please email us on hello@missingpieceboutique.com so we can assist you in paying in your own currency.

Ordering

Will I receive a confirmation email after submitting an order?

Of course you will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that we have received it. If for any reason you did not receive an email please check your spam folder first before emailing us. 

Can I change something on my order after the order has been placed?

If you need to change anything on your order please email us immediately. Generally if the order has not been shipped we are able to alter the order.

I just placed an order can I add something to it?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order but you can place a new order for the item and email us immediately and we will be happy to give you a store credit for any additional shipping paid if we combine your orders.

Do I have to have an account to make an order?

No, you do not need an account to make an order but we do recommend it. It stores your address for quick ordering next time and makes you eligible for member only offers!

 

Shipping and Tracking

Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?

If you checked out with an incorrect address please email us immediately. We can change the shipping address unless the parcel has already been shipped.

Can you send to PO boxes?

Yes we can throughout Australia and the rest of the world.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment excluding orders that are paid with bank deposit (as bank deposits take 3 to 5 business days to clear). Orders are not shipped on the weekends or on public holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! Just click here to track your order

I haven't received my order yet... What should I do?

If you haven't received your order within 4 days if shipped within Australia or 10 days if shipped internationally please email us immediately. 

 

Returns

How long does it take to process returns?

It generally takes three days to process a return after we have received it. After we have processed the return you will be issued with a store credit. Please look at our returns policy for more information.

 

Other

Do you have a physical store?

No, sorry! We are solely based online which means you can shop and contact us 24/7! In the future we will be doing pop up stalls at markets so keep posted on our Facebook for more information on where we will be located.

Can I be a model for Missing Piece?

We are always on the look out for models so if you are interested please send your details to hello@missingpieceboutique.com plus one head shot, one full body shot, your measurements and what state you reside in.
